The CrossFit Games 2023 is set to take place at the prestigious Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin. This is the sixth and final year Madison will host the CrossFit Games according to the CrossFit Games website.

When Do The CrossFit Games 2023 Start?

The CrossFit Games commence on Tuesday 1s August, 2023 however the Individual events will not start until Thursday 3rd August. Interestingly, it does not appear that Individual athletes will be given a rest day this year.

Individual Test 1: MOUNTAIN BIKE RACE

On the @CROSSFITGAMES instagram, it was announced that “Individuals and team athletes will ride the @trekbikes Marlin 8 Mountain Bike, featured below.

It has recently been announced that this will be a 40 minute AMRAP around a bike course. The main component will be cycling however athletes will also be required to run with their bike for approximately 200m per lap.

What’s The Prize Money At 2023 CrossFit Games?

The total prize pool for this year’s CrossFit Games has increased by $100,000 to an impressive $2.945 million.
